Patrick M. Krueger

Since beginning practice in 1980, Pat has concentrated on assisting the injured and their families. Over 90% of his time is devoted to personal injury clients. He has extensive experience in representing his clients to jurors, arbitrators and mediators for injury or death resulting from car accidents, dram shop, premises liability, ATV, snowmobile and other accidents. He represents clients who have been injured on the job in claims for Workers Compensation benefits. He is a Certified Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and has been repeatedly recognized as a Leading American Attorney in the area of Personal Injury Law by the American Research Corporation through surveys it has conducted of his peers. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law and Politics, a designation given to the top 6% of Minnesota attorneys.

In addition to personal injury work, Pat represents members of the construction and land development industries in contract formation and litigation. Finally, his practice is rounded out in representing financial institutions, primarily in the area of secured transactions.
